Terms & conditions

Purpose of Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is provided solely for the purposes of stress reduction, relaxation, relief of muscular tension, and the improvement of circulation and energy flow.

Pain and Discomfort

If any pain or discomfort is experienced during a session, the client is responsible for immediately informing the therapist so that techniques, pressure, or strokes can be adjusted to ensure comfort. The therapist will not be held liable for any pain, discomfort, or adverse effects experienced during or after the session.

Medical Disclaimer

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. Practitioners are not qualified to diagnose, prescribe, or treat any physical or mental illness.

Health Disclosure

Clients affirm that they have disclosed all known medical conditions and injuries to the therapist prior to treatment. Clients further agree to update the therapist regarding any changes in health or medical conditions. The therapist shall not be held liable for complications or issues arising from a client’s failure to disclose relevant health information.

Professional Conduct & Session Termination

Massage therapy is a therapeutic and strictly non-sexual service. Any inappropriate conduct—including harassment, threatening behavior, sexual advances or requests, or disrespectful actions or language—will result in immediate termination of the session.

In such cases, the full payment for the scheduled service remains due.

Draping Policy

Clients will be draped with a sheet and/or towel at all times. Only the area of the body currently being treated will be exposed. The breast and genital regions will remain covered at all times and will never be massaged.
